By engaging HB Sound & Lighting for event production services, you agree to the following terms. All quotes are valid for 14 days. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to the full quoted amount.

Equipment remains the property of HB Sound & Lighting at all times. The client is responsible for any damage to equipment during the hire period that is not covered by normal wear and tear.

HB Sound & Lighting carries comprehensive public liability insurance. Certified riggers are provided on all jobs requiring overhead rigging.

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, event details) solely for the purpose of providing quotes and services. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver our services.

Data is stored securely and retained only for the duration necessary to fulfil our obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
